Ash Amos is a painter, muralist, and installation artist who turns spaces into living, breathing experiences. Based in Salt Lake City, Ash has spent the past five years performing live paintings at art and music festivals across the West, captivating audiences with vibrant color and boundless movement. As the former resident and lead artist of Dreamscapes 2.0, Utah’s immersive art museum, Ash helped transform ordinary rooms into dreamscapes that invited curiosity, wonder, and play.

He’s also the founder of Penrose Artist Co, a collective focused on large-scale installations and supporting fellow artists through shared resources and collaboration.

About the art

Ash’s work is bold, surreal, and otherworldly—fusing color, symbolism, and motion into environments that transport the viewer. Whether painting on walls or canvas, he explores how art can alter perception and shift energy in a space. His inspirations range from visionary art and mythology to the natural world, particularly the interplay of light and movement.
